When a participant ceases to be a dealer representative for a dealer that is authorized to submit indirect loan applications to the Bank of Nova Scotia , the participant forfeits all rights to any rewards points he or she may have earned and accumulated while registered in the program. Participants who redeem rewards are responsible for declaring to the appropriate tax authorities the total value of the merchandise received for the rewards. MERCHANDISE AVAILABILITY1.
